(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment arrested a 15 year old male after police were conducting patrols at a Patterson Street, Simcoe, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Sunday, February 23, 2014, at approximately 5:05 a.m., officers were conducting patrols in the area of Patterson Street when two suspicious males were observed.
Officers attended the area at which time both males fled from police. One male was taken in custody without incident after a brief foot pursuit with officers.
A 15 year old male of Norfolk County, Ontario has been charged with the following offences.
Person under 19 years consuming liquor
Possession of Marihuana
Possession of Cannabis Resin
Theft Under $5000 X2
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charges.
