(GUELPH-ERAMOSA TOWNSHIP, ON) – On March 1, 2014 at approximately 9:30 a.m., Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers set up a R.I.D.E program on Wellington Road 39 near Wellington Road 51, Guelph-Eramosa Township. A female driving a 2007 Chevrolet entered the checkpoint and during the conversation, officers observed and seized marihuana.
Jordan HAMILTON age 25 of Guelph has been charged with Possession of Marihuana under 30 grams contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act. She is scheduled to appear in Guelph Criminal Court on April 15, 2014 to answer to the charge.
