(CENTRE WELLINGTON TOWNSHIP, ON) – On March 2, 2014 at approximately 4:09 a.m., Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers were patrolling the Town of Fergus. A 2001 Dodge was stopped on Kelsowood Lane and the driver showed signs of impairment by alcohol. He was arrested and brought to the Centre Wellington Operations Centre for testing.
Caleb KLEINVELD age 20 of Fergus has been charged with Impaired Driving and Over 80 contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada He is scheduled to appear in Guelph Criminal Court on March 18, 2014 to answer to the charge.
