(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment have charged a 39 year old male with Drinking and Driving related offences after police were called to a Highway 59, Middleton, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Wednesday, March 5, 2014 at approximately 11:24 p.m., police were contacted by a concerned citizen about a single motor vehicle collision.
As a result of police investigation, 39 year old Gregory ROSEHART of Tillsonburg, Ontario was arrested and charged with Impaired Driving, Driving over the legal limit and Careless Driving.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charges.
