(CALEDON, ON) – On March 4, 2014 shortly after 10 am, officers from the Caledon Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were conducting speed enforcement in the area of Coleraine Drive near Healey Road in the Village of Bolton.
The officers stopped a Ford truck and during the course of the investigation, it was revealed that the driver was disqualified from driving.
As a result, James Gerald BREMERMANN, 54, of Scarborough was arrested and charged with Driving while Disqualified. The driver is also facing charges under the Highway Traffic Act of Ontario.
The accused was released and is scheduled to make his first appearance at the Ontario Court of Justice in Orangeville on April 3, 2014.
