(TOWN OF NEW TECUMSETH, ON)- An Officer from the Nottawasaga Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) was conducting radar on the 15th Sideroad of the Town of New Tecumseth on March 7, 2014 at 10:25 am, when a vehicle entered his radar beam at 135 kilometers per hour.
The 1996 Volvo was stopped and the 19 year old Adjala-Tosorontio resident was charged with Stunt Driving-Racing under the Ontario Highway Traffic Act. The driver was issued a summons to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice on May 14, 2014.
