(SEVERN, TOWNSHIP) – On Saturday March 08th, 2014 at approximately 6:30 p.m., the Orillia Ontario Provincial Police (O.P.P.) were contacted in relation to a single motor vehicle in the ditch with a possible impaired driver.
Officers attended and located the vehicle on Telford Line in Severn Township. The driver of the vehicle was located by officers and was arrested while trying to leave the scene.
Michael RANDAL, age 42, of Orillia has been charged with Driving while Ability Impaired, Driving with more than 80 milligrams of Alcohol in Blood, and Driving while Disqualified.
The accused was released on a Promise to Appear with a court date in Orillia on Tuesday March 25th, 2014.
