(MIDDLESEX COUNTY, ON) – Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is urging motorists to find an alternate route as they investigate a collision on Highway 401. Police have closed access to Highway 401 westbound lanes west of Highway 402. Westbound traffic is being diverted to Highway 402.
Police are in the preliminary stages of the investigation. At approximately 8:58 a.m. on March 13, 2014 police responded to a collision that occurred on the westbound lanes of Highway 401 just east of Scotland Drive in Middlesex County. The collision involves at least two transport trucks and emergency crews are assessing injuries at this time.
