(CITY OF KAWARTHA LAKES, ON.) – On March 15, 2014 an officer from the City of Kawartha Lakes detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) was refueling the cruiser when a wanted male party was observed.
Benjamin GOOD, 34 years of age, was wanted for the offence of failing to comply with a recognizance. The officer approached the vehicle in which the accused was a passenger, confirmed Mr. Good’s identification and subsequently arrested him on the outstanding warrant.
The accused appeared for a bail hearing later that date.
