(HURON TWP, ON) – On March 29th, 2011 at 4:45 pm, a South Bruce OPP officer on patrol along Highway 21 in Huron Township observed a Chevrolet pickup truck moving at a high rate of speed.
Radar displayed the truck’s speed to be 129 km/h in a posted 80 km/h zone. The truck was stopped and the officer discovered that the driver’s licence had expired. 25 year old John PADFIELD of Goderich has been charged with Speeding and Drive motor vehicle – no licence.
