(ST. CLAIR TOWNSHIP, ON) A caller’s complaint to the Lambton Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) about a pickup truck resulted in the arrest of the driver of a GMC vehicle on March 15, 2014 just before midnight.
Lambton OPP required the driver to stop his vehicle which the driver subsequently drove into a snow bank while attempting to stop for the OPP officer.
Timothy SPINKS, 29 years of age from St. Clair Township, ON was arrested and charged for Impaired Driving. As a result of breath test readings of three times over the legal limit, the driver was also charged with Driving Over the Legal Limit.
The driver has a Sarnia Court date of April 14, 2014 to answer to the charges.
