(South Dundas) – On 20Mar14, at approximately 3:30am, SD&G OPP officers responded to a report of an erratic driver eastbound on Highway 401, South Dundas Township.
SD&G OPP officers located the vehicle and a traffic stop was conducted, the 33yr old male driver (from Blainville, QC) was found to be operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol.
He was arrested and faces charges of:
– Driving with More than 80 mgs. of Alcohol in Blood
– Driving While Ability Impaired
– Dangerous Operation of Motor Vehicle
– Personating Peace Officer
He was held in custody pending an appearance in Cornwall court.
