The London Police Service has completed a review of the internal workflow processes and public counter operations associated with Records Screening for employment and volunteers and persons submitting Freedom of Information requests.
As a result, to achieve work efficiencies in these areas, commencing the week of March 24, 2014, the new hours of operation for the Public Counter for Records Screening and Freedom of Information will be:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday between 8:30 am and 4:00 pm.
Closed on Wednesdays and statutory / civic holidays.
Completed record check requests may be picked up on Wednesdays at the Headquarters Reception Desk between the hours of 8:00 am and 8:00 pm. Individuals must attend in person and produce valid government issued photo identification.
