(DESERONTO, ON)- On the 21st of March 2014, at 04:13 am, Napanee OPP officers were dispatched to a residence in Deseronto in response to a 911 call.
A 39 year-old Tyendinaga Territory man was arrested an hour later at a nearby residence. He faces charges of Forcible Confinement, Overcoming Resistance by Attempting to Choke or Strangle another Person, Assault with a Weapon, Uttering Threats to cause Death, and two counts of Failing to Comply with a Probation Order.
The male appeared today for a bail hearing in Provincial Court in Napanee.
