On March 23, 2014 at 12:30 a.m., the Guelph Police went to a noisy party complaint on Harrow Court. Upon arrival, officers discovered a smashed window. The alleged responsible male had fled but was located nearby and arrested. The male was bleeding from his wrist and was taken to hospital for medical treatment. While at the hospital, he became aggressive with staff and spit at officers.
Adam Micieli, 22 years of Bolton has been charged with mischief under $5,000, cause disturbance and assault police. He will appear in court on May 2, 2014.
