(COUNTY OF BRANT, ON) – The County of Brant Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), officers were dispatched to a single motor vehicle collision on Jerseyville Road in the County of Brant.
At approximately 3:30 p.m. Sunday March 23rd, 2014, officers attended the scene and while talking to the male driver they observed all the usual signs of impairment by alcohol. The driver of the vehicle was transported to the County of Brant OPP detachment for Intoxilyzer Tests.
Bruce FORTUNA 38 years of age from the City of Brantford is facing the following Criminal charges

Drive over 80 milligrams Blood Alcohol Content
The accused is schedule to attend Provincial Court in Brantford on April 11th, 2014 to answer to the charges.
