(GUELPH-ERAMOSA TOWNSHIP, ON) – On March 26, 2014 at approximately 2:52 p.m. members of the Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Traffic Management Unit (TMU) were conducting a R.I.D.E. (Reduce Impaired Driving Everywhere) program on Jones Baseline near Eastview Road, Guelph-Eramosa Township. Police spoke with the driver of a Pontiac and observed marihuana in the vehicle.
Marten TERPSTRA age 45 of Whitby has be charged with Possession of Marihuana – Under 30 grams contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph court on May 2, 2014 to answer to the charge.
