(KINLOSS TWP, ON) – On April 9th, 2011 at 12:15 am, a South Bruce OPP officer on patrol along County Road 86 in Kinloss Township stopped a vehicle that was travelling at a high rate of speed. Radar displayed the speed of the vehicle at 135 km/h in a posted 80 km/h zone. While speaking with the driver, the officer discovered a quantity of illegal drugs in the vehicle. 25 year old Eric BRAUN of Kincardine has been charged with Trafficking a controlled substance and Race a motor vehicle. He is scheduled to appear in Court on May 30th, 2011 to answer to the charges.
