(Douro Dummer Township, ON) – On Saturday March 29, at approximately 2:55 a.m., members of the Peterborough County OPP had cause to investigate an erratic driver on Old Highway 28 near South Beach Road.
As a result of the investigation 18 year old Jordan SUTHERLAND of Selwyn Township was arrested and charged with Having Over 80 mgs. of Alcohol in a 100 mls. of Blood.
SUTHERLAND was released from custody and is scheduled to appear in Peterborough Provincial Courts on April 24, 2014
