(CHATHAM-KENT, ON) On March 29, 2014, just before 12:00 p.m., Chatham-Kent Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers stopped a Ford automobile on Highway 401 eastbound near Victoria Road.
Subsequent OPP traffic investigation at roadside resulted in the officers seizing a small amount of suspected marihuana.
A 22 year old male from Hamilton, ON, has been charged with Possession of Marihuana, under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act. The male is scheduled to appear in a Chatham court at a later date to answer to the charge.
