(CITY OF GUELPH, ON) – On March 29, 2014 at approximately 1:00 p.m. a Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer was observing northbound traffic on Highway 6 near Clair Road, Guelph. Police stopped a 2011 Dodge because of a traffic violation and located marihuana.
Andrew STEVENSON age 35 of Maryhill is charged with Possession of Marihuana under 30 grams, contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph Criminal Court on May16, 2014 to answer to the charge.
