(SOUTH BRUCE COUNTY, ON) – On April 13th, 2011 at 6:56 pm, the South Bruce OPP received an attempted fraud complaint from a resident of the Municipality of Kincardine. The caller received a letter from the Santa Lucia Security Company of Madrid, Spain announcing a Euro million Spanish Sweepstakes win in the amount of $915,810 Euro dollars. To claim the prize, the company requires personal information and bank account information to deposit the winnings. This attempted fraud was recognized and no information was sent.
