TRAFFIC STOP LEADS TO REFUSAL CHARGE

(BLANDFORD BLENHEIM TOWNSHIP, ON) – On April 5, 2014 at approximately 3:10 a.m. Oxford County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) conducted a traffic stop on Township Road 14, just east of Oxford Road 22. The driver was suspected of being impaired due to alcohol.

Joshua LINDSAY, 30 years old of Wilmot Township, was arrested and charged with Fail or Refuse to Provide Sample, contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada. He was released on a Promise to Appear and an Officer in Charge Undertaking and will appear at a later date at Woodstock Courthouse to answer to the charge.
