(TOWNSHIP OF PERTH SOUTH, ON) On Monday April 18, 2011, the male who had barricaded himself at a rural residence on Line 4 has been charged by the Perth County OPP.
Martin Ball (30) of the Township of Perth South has been charged with “Careless use of a firearmâ€, “Possession of a firearm while prohibited†and “Possession of a prohibited or restricted firearm / ammunitionâ€. He is awaiting a court appearance on Tuesday April 19, 2011.
