(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment is investigating a Break and Enter at a Colborne Street South, Simcoe, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Monday, April 7, 2014 in the early morning hours, unknowns attended St James United Church and gained entry. Once inside, unknowns removed a 51 inch Samsung plasma television.
The theft is valued at approximately $1,200 dollars.
Police are seeking the public’s assistance with this investigation. If anyone has any information regarding this incident, they are being asked to contact the Norfolk County OPP Detachment at 1-888-310-1122.
“The OPP continue to appeal to all residents to report any and all suspicious activity to police when it happens and are urging all residents to lock all doors, windows, and make sure patio doors are blocked from sliding open. Put interior lights on timers and ensure an outdoor light is on when it’s dark,†comments Constable Ed Sanchuk, Norfolk County OPP.
