Waterloo Regional Police are investigating two incidents of property damage. On April 8, 2014 during the course of the night, suspect(s) caused approximately $15000 to $20000 in property damage at the Conestoga Mall and another local business on Colby Drive in Waterloo by throwing rocks through several large glass windows of the businesses.
