(Bancroft, Ontario) – On Tuesday April 08th 2014, officers from the Bancroft detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police received the report of a theft from the Red Apple store located on Hastings Street North in the Town of Bancroft. Officers attended the area where the male suspect had fled on foot. With the assistance of the public, the suspect was located, arrested and taken into police custody.
