(PUSLINCH TOWNSHIP, ON) -On April 9, 2014 at approximately 7:05 p.m., an officer from the Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Traffic Management Unit (TMU) was patrolling Wellington Road 34 near Side Road 20, Puslinch Township. The officer observed a westbound 2008 Ford traveling at a high rate of speed and was caught on radar at 157 km/h in an 80 km/h zone.
His driver’s licence and vehicle were seized for a period of 7 days as per statute.
Justin DREW age 25 of Cambridge is charged with Race a Motor Vehicle contrary to the Highway Traffic Act. He is to appear in Guelph Court on May 21, 2014 to answer to the charge.
