(Quinte West, ON) – On April 10, 2014 at approximately 1:25pm, officers of the Quinte West detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) arrested a 33-year-old Quinte West man at a RIDE program located on County Road 64 while driving a 2010 Dodge Ram pick-up.
During the investigation, the officer located approximately 11grams of marihuana in the vehicle.
Marcus DOWNER is charged with Possession of Marihuana. He was released on an Appearance Notice to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice, Belleville, on May 15, 2014.
