Barrie Police received a call from the Ontario Provincial Police in the Peterborough area. They had a 30 year old male stopped in a vehicle. The male was wanted by Barrie Police. The male was arrested and returned to Barrie to answer to his warrants. The warrants were from spring 2007. The male knew he was wanted but thought the warrants would go away. They did not and the male is in custody awaiting a bail hearing. Police always get their suspect sometimes it takes a little longer
