(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Norfolk County Detachment was contacted by a concerned citizen regarding a suspicious male at a Butlers Lane, Windham, Norfolk County, ON, address.
On Saturday, April 12, 2014 at approximately 5:09 a.m., police were contacted by a concerned citizen after observing a male sleeping inside their motor vehicle.
Through investigation it was determined that a 19 year old male who was heavily intoxicated entered the vehicle and fell asleep. The male was subsequently removed by police.
Police are reminding all vehicle owners to ensure that all doors are locked in order to prevent anyone from gaining access to your vehicle.
