(HALIBURTON, ON) – On April 11, 2014 an officer from the Haliburton Highlands Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) was on patrol when he conducted a traffic stop on Highway 35 in the Township of Algonquin Highlands Ontario. The male driver was operating a 2013 Ford F150 with an insecure load. Further investigation revealed that the driver was also in possession of Marihuana. As a result, Andrew PAPADOPOULOS age 25 from north York ON has been charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance – Marihuana and Insecure Load. The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Minden Ontario on June 04, 2014.
