(HALDIMAND COUNTY, ON.) – Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Haldimand County detachment has charged a 53 year old male with a Drinking and Driving offence after investigating a collision at a Berwick St. Caledonia, Haldimand County, ON address.
On Wednesday April 16th, 2014 at approximately 10:17 pm Police were called to the Berwick St address after receiving a report of a vehicle colliding with a parked pickup truck.
Investigation revealed that a black 2005 Dodge van being operated by 53 year old Henry TOKOLA of Haldimand County, ON was travelling southbound on Berwick St when it struck a parked blue 1993 Ford pickup truck. The collision caused moderate damage to both vehicles.
No one was physically injured during the collision.
As a result of the Police investigation 53 year old Henry TOKOLA has been charged with Care and Control of a Motor Vehicle with over the legal limit of alcohol. He is to appear in Provincial Court, Cayuga, ON to answer to the charge.
