(CAPE CROKER, ON) – Members of the Cape Croker Police Services have laid charges in relation to an A.T.V. collision that occurred on 15 April, 2011 along Prairie Road on Cape Croker First Nations Reserve.
The investigation into the collision involved members of the Cape Croker Police Service as well as members of the Ontario Provincial Police Technical Collision and Reconstruction Unit.
Police have charged 31 year old Kevin MUIR from Georgian Bluffs, Ontario with Following Too Closely contrary to Section 158(1) of the Highway Traffic Act.
