(SARNIA, ON) Lambton Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers were dispatched to a two vehicle collision located at Modeland Road and Confederation Street on April 20, 2014 at approximately 9:30 p.m.
Two passengers in a Nissan vehicle were taken by Lambton EMS (Emergency Medical Services) to hospital with minor injuries and the driver of a Pontiac vehicle was also taken by Lambton EMS to hospital, as he had minor injuries.
The driver of the Pontiac vehicle, Mitchell Forshew, 20 years of age, from Eldon Township, ON has been charged with Turn Not in Safety and Driver Fail to Properly Wear Seat Belt. Both charges fall under the Highway Traffic Act.
