(ESSA)- On April 19, 2014 at 2:50 a.m., the Nottawasaga Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) stopped a vehicle for failing to lower high beams on County Road 90. Upon speaking with the driver, Police then began an Impaired driving investigation.
Charged is 25 year old Travis HALLYBURTON, he is charged with one count of Over 80 mgs (Criminal Code of Canada) and Drive under Suspension under the Highway Traffic Act of Ontario.
He was will appear at the Ontario Court of Justice on May 8th, 2014.
