(BLANDFORD BLENHEIM TOWNSHIP, ON.) – The Oxford County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) conducted a traffic stop with a motorcycle at Highway 401 westbound, near Oxford Road 29, at approximately 7:30 p.m. on April 21, 2014.
Matthew DUNN, 35 years old, from London has been charged with the following charges:
Driving While Disqualified – contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada
Fail to Comply with Probation Order – contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada
Operate Motor Vehicle without Insurance – contrary to the Compulsory Automobile Insurance Act.
Drive While Suspended (2 counts) – contrary to the Highway Traffic Act
Use Plate not Authorized for Vehicle – contrary to The Highway Traffic Act
The driver was arrested and released on a Promise to Appear with a future court date. The vehicle was towed and impounded for 45 days.
