On April 23, 2014 the Guelph Police investigated the report of an indecent act. It is alleged that at approximately 8:45 a.m. a female was walking on Vancouver Drive when she was approached by a vehicle. The male driver pulled up and asked the female for directions. When she approached the passenger window to give directions, she observed the male with his penis out of his pants and he was masturbating.
The male is described as white, 25-30 years, unshaven with brown short hair. He was wearing a coloured striped t-shirt, jeans and had black sunglasses on.
The vehicle is described as a silver four-door vehicle, possibly a hatchback Volkswagen golf.
