(Tudor Township) – On April 23, 2014 at 10:15 p.m. members of Central Hastings O.P.P received a complaint about five overdue canoeists in Tudor and Cashel Township. The information reported indicates that on April 22, 2014 at 1 p.m. five men with three canoes set out on a canoeing trip on Beaver Creek just off of Highway # 62 near Weslemkoon Lake Rd. The group was expected to have completed their excursion by now.
The O.P.P Helicopter and O.P.P. Emergency Response Team members are currently searching the area.
