(COUNTY OF BRANT, ON) – The County of Brant Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), officers were called to an Old Onondaga Road residence for incident.
On Tuesday April 22nd, 2014 at approximately 1:58 p.m. officers arrived at the residence and a short time later an altercation took place. Officers were assaulted by the female youth.
A 16 year old female from the County of Brant is facing the following criminal charges
Obstruct Peace Officer (YP 12-17 criminal offence)
Assault a Peace Officer (YP 12-17 criminal offence)
Resist Peace Officer (YP 12-17 criminal offence)
Mischief Under $5,000 (YP 12-17 criminal offence)
Uttering Threats-Cause death or Bodily Harm (YP 12-17 criminal offence)
The accused is scheduled to attend Provincial Court in Brantford on May 14th, 2014 to answer to the charges.
