(CENTRE WELLINGTON TOWNSHIP, ON) -Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to The Cash Store located on Tower Street South, Fergus regarding a male attempting to cash a stolen cheque. Police arrived on the scene and made an arrest.
William FLEMING age 40 of Fergus is charged with;
– Uttering a Forged Document – Criminal Code (C.C.)
– Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5000 – C.C.
– Fail to Comply with Probation Order – C.C.
– Fraud Under $5000 – C.C.
He is scheduled to appear in Guelph Criminal Court on June 3, 2014 to answer to the charges.
