(SOUTH HURON, ON) – On April 17, 2014 a Huron County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer received a report of a theft of an Arctic Cat ATV stolen from an unlocked barn located on Mollard Line. Sometime between 12:00 p.m. on April 15, 2014 and 4:00 p.m. on April 17, 2014 those responsible entered the barn and stole the red 2007 Arctic Cat 500 cc ATV.
A few days later on April 21, 2014 a citizen travelling on an ATV trail west of Parkhill in Middlesex County came across the stolen machine. The ATV had a flat front tire, missing front licence plate and had sustained damage to the rear fender. The machine has since been returned to the owner.
