(CENTRE WELLINGTON TOWNSHIP, ON) -On April 24, 2014 at approximately 1:00 p.m., Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers were called to a Fergus home to investigate the theft of money. A man was visiting an acquaintance at his residence and the accused allegedly stole money from a wallet.
William FLEMING age 40 of Fergus is charged with Theft Under $5000, and Fail to Comply with Probation Order contrary to the Criminal Code. He is scheduled for a bail hearing on April 25, 2014.
