On April 25, 2014 at 8:00 p.m., the Guelph Police attended to the area of Scottsdale Drive and Stone Road for a report of a suspicious vehicle in the area. The Guelph Police located the vehicle and conducted a traffic stop on Research Lane. Police spoke with the male driver and a demand was made for a roadside breath sample. He failed this test and was arrested.
David LISK, 27years of Waterloo has been charged with drive over 80 mg. He will appear in court on May 6, 2014.
