(Quinte West) – On November 19, 2013 Charles DOPKING, 47 of Murray Ward, was reported missing by a family member to the Quinte West OPP.
On Sunday, April 27, 2014, at approximately 4:10pm, his body was located ‎along the shoreline of the Bay Quinte.
The preliminary results of the post mortem conducted today, at the Kingston General Hospital indicates that there was no foul play involved in his death. The cause of death will not be released.
