Jason Denis – Drunk Driving

(BANCROFT, ON) – In the early morning on July 06, 2018, officers of the Bancroft Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), were conducting traffic enforcement in the Town of Bancroft.

Officers initiated a traffic stop to speak with a driver and upon speaking with the male, it was determined that the male had been consuming alcohol.

As a result of the stop and investigation, Jason Denis, 40 years of Kingston Ontario has been charged with:

Driving with More than 80mgs of Alcohol in 100mL of blood and

Driving while ability Impaired – motor vehicle.

The driver was given a 90 day drivers licence suspension and his vehicle was impounded for 7 days.

The accused was released on a promise to appear at the Ontario court of Justice in Bancroft on July 31, 2018.
