(ELDERSLIE TWP, ON) – On May 28th, 2011 at 10:48 pm, the South Bruce OPP received a report of a possible impaired driver operating a GMC Jimmy in the Paisley area. At 11:00 pm, the vehicle was located on County Road 3, Elderslie Township. Officers found that the driver had been drinking alcohol. 39 year old Victoria LEYBOURNE of Port Elgin has been charged with Operate over 80 milligrams and Possession of a controlled substance. She is scheduled to appear in Provincial Court on June 27th, 2011 to answer to the charges.
