(Huron East, ON) – A 20 year old Central Huron male has been charged with two counts of Fraud Under $5,000 and one count of Breach Probation following an incident in Seaforth on June 8, 2011. The male went into the Seaforth Foodland store where he proceeded to take items off the shelf and then attend at the counter where he tried to return them “without a receiptâ€. The staff was observant and realized the scam he was trying to commit as he had also been in the store the previous day.
As a result of the investigation, Brandon WEITZEL will be answering to his charges in the Ontario Court of Justice – Goderich on August 15, 2011.
