Police Investigate Weekend Liquor Incidents

(SOUTH BRUCE COUNTY, ON) – The South Bruce OPP laid 5 Liquor Licence Act charges over the weekend.
On June 12th, 2011 at 9:06 am, police were called to a residence along Durham Street, Kincardine for an unknown male sleeping in the back of a mini van. 24 year old Adam BROWN of Kincardine has been charged with Intoxicated in a public place.

On June 12th, 2011 at 2:07 am, a South Bruce OPP officer on patrol stopped a vehicle on South Line, in Kincardine Township, and found open alcohol. 22 year old David MacINNES of Huron Township and 22 year old Jason MURRAY of Huron Township were both charged with Consuming liquor in other than licenced premise, residence or private place.

On June 11th, 2011 at 11:59 pm, a South Bruce OPP officer on patrol noticed a male walking along Lambton Street, Kincardine with open alcohol. 22 year old Samuel BISSON of Kincardine was charged with Having liquor in open container other than licenced premise, residence or private place.

On June 11th, 2011 at 1:26 am, a South Bruce OPP officer on patrol along Broadway Street, Kincardine noticed a male sleeping in the ditch. 19 year old Joshua MORRISON of Listowel was charged for Intoxicated in a public place.

On June 10th, 2011 at 8:50 pm, a South Bruce OPP officer on patrol along Sunset Avenue, Huron Township noticed a female walking with open alcohol. 55 year old Beverly OBRIEN of Goderich was charged with Having liquor in open container other than licenced premise, residence or private place.
