(KINLOSS TWP, ON) – On June 17th, 2011 at 8:35 pm, a South Bruce OPP officer on patrol along Statters Lake Road, Kinloss Township observed a Black Hyundai moving at a high rate of speed. The vehicle’s speed was locked on radar at 126 km/h in a posted 80 km/h zone. After stopping the vehicle, the officer discovered the passengers had open alcohol. The driver, 18 year old Blair CUTHBERT of Newmarket was charged with speeding. 18 year old Dylan FOX of Aurora and 18 year old Troy GOUVEIA of Aurora were both charged with Person under 19 years having alcohol.
